Templates
All information on the university's corporate design with logos, letter and other PowerPoint templates can be found at www.cd.ovgu.de.
Academic papers
For academic papers, LaTeX or Typst is recommended for typesetting, which is why most of the templates here are designed for this purpose.
Often the chair where you are writing your paper will provide its own templates, here are some examples:
- LaTeX template and Typst template for a bachelor/master thesis of the ParCIO group under Prof. Michael Kuhn.
- LaTeX template for a bachelor/master thesis of the AMS group under Prof. Dr.-Ing. Benjamin Noack.
- LaTeX template and Typst template for a bachelor/master thesis in the MRCC/SAP area.
- Generic FIN template for scientific papers (thesis/BA/MA) with LaTeX (thanks to Andreas Reich) - example excerpt from Andreas' master thesis.
Presentation templates
The chairs mentioned above usually also offer appropriate templates for presentations. Prefer these before using the generic FIN template.
